About the project
A modern residential development designed for efficient urban living. This Basement + Ground + 3rd floor apartment block includes: 6 spacious 2BHK units and 1 premium 3BHK unit on each floor . Basement parking for residents.
One of the first Apartment building in the town. The linear configuration of the plot presented a unique challenge in planning an efficient apartment building.
Maximizing space utilization while delivering a functional and aesthetically appealing design required both creativity and strategic thinking. The project was exciting as it allowed us to push the boundaries of design innovation.
Step by step project
- The design features basement parking to optimize land use and maintain a clean, clutter-free environment. The ground floor is dedicated to commercial spaces, providing both functionality and a vibrant community interface. From the 1st to the 3rd floors, the building houses residential units, with each floor containing seven flats—six 2BHK units and one 3BHK unit—ensuring a balance of space and comfort for residents.
- A standout feature of the design is the recreational terrace, thoughtfully landscaped to provide a serene retreat for residents. This space enhances the overall living experience, offering a blend of relaxation and recreation in a tier 2 city.
- Clean vertical circulation with ample natural lighting and ventilation Contemporary façade with a play of vertical fins, balconies, and accent colors for a striking yet elegant street presence. The design balances density with comfort, offering privacy, functionality, and visual appeal across all levels.
