Penthouse Residence Villa Terrace for a Multigenerational Family; This elegantly designed Penthouse is thoughtfully accommodates a family of six, including children
and elderly parents, across two levels. Perched atop a building, it beautifully blends modern lines with traditional Indian interior elements for a warm, functional living space.
The design focuses on creating a warm, functional environment that supports both shared family moments and private personal spaces. Clean architectural lines, natural materials, and carefully integrated traditional elements contribute to a timeless and comfortable living experience.
The upper level is designed to provide privacy and individuality for the younger members of the family. It includes the master bedroom, separate bedrooms for the son and daughter, and a quiet study area. Each space is designed with modern comforts, natural light, and personal character while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout the home.
Overall, the project reflects our approach of blending thoughtful architecture with refined interiors to create a home that celebrates family living across generations.
Step by step project
The ground floor features a double-height living and dining area, a puja room, spacious kitchen, two parent-friendly bedrooms, and a lush terrace garden that serves as a serene outdoor retreat.
Upstairs, the master bedroom, individual rooms for the son and daughter, and a dedicated study area are designed with modern comforts and personal touches—balancing privacy and togetherness for harmonious multigenerational living.
