Design Intent:
A Harmonious blend of functionality and elegance, this G+2 bungalow was designed as a retirement home. The ground floor includes a home office, 2BHK flats, and staff quarters, while the upper levels offer a luxurious residence for the owners — featuring a double-height living area, 4 spacious bedrooms, and a master suite with a private terrace garden. This project was conceived as a forever home — a layered bungalow that accommodates the full arc of retired life with quiet dignity. The brief called for a residence that works as both a private sanctuary and a semi-independent household, housing staff, rental income, and the owners’ own spacious living across three floors, all within a single cohesive architectural expression.

Penthouse Residence for a Multigenerational Family; This elegantly designed Penthouse is thoughtfully accommodates a family of six, including children
and elderly parents, across two levels. Perched atop a building, it beautifully blends modern lines with traditional Indian interior elements for a warm, functional living space.
The design focuses on creating a warm, functional environment that supports both shared family moments and private personal spaces. Clean architectural lines, natural materials, and carefully integrated traditional elements contribute to a timeless and comfortable living experience.
The upper level is designed to provide privacy and individuality for the younger members of the family. It includes the master bedroom, separate bedrooms for the son and daughter, and a quiet study area. Each space is designed with modern comforts, natural light, and personal character while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout the home.
